Was worried about low ratings, but it turned out to be a decent app!

As many of the reviewers here, I switched from PC to Mac recently. Working primarily on translations, my most important worries were: Will I be able to use Microsoft Word on Mac? Will I be able to use Lingvo for my translations? The answer to the first question was easy: yes, I got Microsoft Office and it worked like a charm. Then I found this Mac version of Lingvo, and first I hesitated to purchase it because it was pretty expensive, and the reviews were not flattering. I bought it today with a 50% discount for $29.99, and honestly, I dont understand why some people gave it one- and two-star ratings. Perhaps, earlier versions were not as good. But the version that I purchased today (let me look up the date - on March 17, 2013) works just like I would use it on PC.

Good product. If you are hesitating because of low ratings, dont worry. I recommend this app to anyone who needs a good English-Russian dictionary for translations on a daily basis.

Five stars, and not one less!
